6 Club gift code not working: the reasons and what to do
A gift code that fails is frustrating, especially when the announcement said it would be live for only a short time. The good news is that the error almost always has a clear cause, and in most cases you can tell which one it is from the message and the timing.

Quick answer
Most rejected gift codes are expired, fully claimed, already used on your account, typed with an extra space or wrong letter case, or restricted to accounts that meet a condition such as a recent deposit. Some codes shared online were never real. Copy the code from the official announcement, paste it into the app's redeem screen promptly, read the error message, and contact in-app support only if a code from an official post fails within its stated window.
Start with the error message
The redeem screen usually tells you more than it seems to. 'Invalid' tends to mean the app does not recognise the string at all: a typo, a code for a different app, or an invented code. 'Expired' or 'ended' means the time window has passed. 'Limit reached' or 'already claimed' means the code was real but has run out, or you have used it before. A message about conditions means your account does not qualify for that particular code.
Take a screenshot of the message before trying again. If you later need support, it saves a lot of back-and-forth.
The six usual causes
Work through these in order; the first two account for most failures.
- Typing or copying errors: an extra space, a missing character, or letters entered in the wrong case.
- Expired: many codes run for a short window after they are announced.
- Claim limit reached: the code worked for the first players and has now run out.
- Already used: a given code can normally be claimed once per account.
- Conditions not met: some codes are reserved for accounts with a verified number, a recent deposit or a certain level.
- Not genuine: the code came from a list or a stranger and was never issued by the platform.
How to tell the causes apart
Timing is the biggest clue. A code from an official announcement that fails within minutes is usually a typing issue or a claim limit. The same code failing a day later is almost certainly expired. A code that fails instantly with 'invalid', even when pasted carefully, usually never existed for this app.
| Situation | Likely cause | Next step |
|---|---|---|
| Fails right after the official post | Typo or claim limit | Paste again carefully; if 'limit reached', it has run out |
| Fails hours or days later | Expired | Wait for the next official announcement |
| 'Invalid' from a list site | Not a real code | Ignore that source |
| Message mentions eligibility | Account condition | Read the code's terms in the announcement |
| Worked before, fails now | Already used | Each code is normally one claim per account |
Giving yourself the best chance next time
Because codes are time-limited, the main advantage is simply seeing the announcement early from a genuine source. Turn on notifications for the app and for the official channels it links to, so you see a code when it is posted rather than when it reaches a forwarded list.
Keep your account in good standing: a verified number and an account that is not restricted. When a code appears, copy it from the original post, paste it straight into the redeem field and check your reward history afterwards. Then read the reward's terms; a code reward may need to be played through before it can be withdrawn.
When to contact support, and when not to
Contact in-app customer care if a code from an official announcement fails within the window the announcement gave, or if a code was accepted but no reward appeared. Include the code, the time you tried it, and a screenshot of the message.
Do not contact people who claim they can 'force' a code to work. Anyone asking for your password, OTP or a fee to unlock a code is trying to take your account or your money. Expired codes cannot be revived by anyone outside the platform.
Learn how codes are released
The gift code guide explains where the platform announces codes, where the redeem option sits in the app and how gift codes differ from invitation codes. If a code problem needs a human, the customer care page shows how to reach real support.
Frequently asked questions
Why does my 6 Club gift code say invalid?+
Usually a typing error, a code for a different app, or a code that was never issued. Copy the code from the official announcement and paste it without extra spaces.
Can an expired gift code be reactivated?+
No. Once a code's window has passed or its claim limit is reached, it cannot be revived. Watch for the next official announcement instead.
Can I use the same gift code twice?+
Normally each account can claim a given code once.
Does this site list working gift codes?+
No. We never publish codes, because they expire quickly and invented codes mislead players. Codes come only from the platform's own announcements.
The code was accepted but I see no reward. What now?+
Check your reward or transaction history first. If nothing is there, contact in-app support with the code, the time and a screenshot of the confirmation.
